  • Booking and staying at The Market Hostel Alicante implies acceptance of the following rules of coexistence.
  • Open Reception: 9:00hs a 22:00hs.
  • Check-in: 14hs to 22hs (from 10pm to 1am, extra charge de 5€)                     
  • Check-out: 9am to 11:30am. (Note: If your check-out time was before the hostel check-out time, please notify the reception the day before)
  • Quiet time: from 10pm to 8am. quiet and rest of guests.
  • SAFETY  Access: Access to the hostel is allowed only to clients who are staying in it.
  • ID/Passport: Guests are required to identify themselves by ID or passport.     
  • Cameras: The Hostel is equipped with a security camera system in interior common areas and for access control.                                                              
  • Key Card: Upon arrival we will assign you a key with access to the main door and your room. We request a deposit of € 10 for each card, which we will refund when you return your card at check-out. (Note: If your check-out time was before the hostel check-out time, please notify the reception the day before). 
  • Personal belongings: The hostel management is not responsible for any type of loss of private property. It is advisable to store and control all personal valuables such as mobile phones, laptops, watches, players, etc.
  • No smoking: It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the building.
  • No Parties: The establishment DOES NOT accept bachelor parties, parties in general, or any other activity that may be considered annoying, unhealthy and dangerous for other guests, neighbors or for the establishment's staff.
  • It is forbidden to use more beds than those that have been paid, either to sleep, lie down or support things, otherwise, they will have to pay the amount of this.
  • It is forbidden to eat in the rooms.
  • Vandalism is a very serious crime. Guests who commit any type of offense may be expelled from the Hostel.
  • Any damage inside the rooms, or in any common area of the Hostel, the management will reserve the right to charge your credit card the total cost of the damage.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping their rooms and the common areas of the Hostel such as: the kitchen and the common room in a proper, clean and orderly manner. Collecting all the common utensils that are used. Keep order in the room you share, keep your things in lockers.
  • Lights and other electrical appliances should be turned off when not in use. Help us save energy!
  • Hostel furniture should not be moved without the prior permission of the establishment's management. Any damage to property must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the establishment.

  • SEGURIDAD Acceso: Se permite el acceso al hostel solo a los clientes que estén alojados en el.
  • DNI/Pasaporte: Es necesario que todos los huéspedes se identifiquen por medio de documento nacional de identidad o pasaporte.
  • Cámaras: El Hostel esta dotado de un sistema de cámaras de seguridad en zonas comunes interiores y para el control de accesos.
  • Tarjeta Llave: Le asignaremos a su llegada una llave con acceso a la puerta principal y a su habitación. Solicitamos un deposito de 10€ por cada tarjeta, que le reintegraremos al devolver su tarjeta a su salida o chek-out . (Nota: Si su hora de check-out fuera anterior al horario de check-out del hostel por favor comuníquelo a la recepción el día anterior).
  • Objetos personales: La dirección del Hostel no se hace responsable de cualquier tipo de pérdida de bienes privados. Se aconseja guardar y controlar todos los objetos personales de valor tales como teléfonos móviles, ordenadores portátiles, relojes, reproductores, etc.
  • Prohibido fumar: Está absolutamente prohibido fumar dentro del edificio.
  • Fiestas y Despedidas de solteros: El establecimiento NO admite despedidas de solteros/as, fiestas en general, ni cualquier otra actividad que pueda ser considerada como molesta, insalubre y peligrosa para otros huéspedes, vecinos o para el personal del establecimiento.
  • Está prohibido utilizar más camas de las que se han abonado, ya sea para dormir, tumbarse o apoyar cosas, de lo contrario, tendrán que abonar el importe de ésta.
  • Está prohibido comer en las habitaciones.
  • El vandalismo es un delito muy grave. Los huéspedes que cometan cualquier tipo de falta podrán ser expulsados del Hostel.
  • Ante cualquier desperfecto dentro de las habitaciones, o en cualquier zona común del Hostel, la dirección se reservará el derecho de cobrarle en su tarjeta de crédito el total de los desperfectos.
  • Los huéspedes son responsables de mantener sus habitaciones y las zonas comunes del Hostel como: la cocina y la sala común de manera adecuada, limpias y ordenadas. Recogiendo todos los utensilios comunes que se utilicen. Mantenga un orden en la habitación que usted comparte, guarde sus cosas en los casilleros.
  • Las luces y demás aparatos eléctricos deben estar apagados cuando no estén siendo utilizados. ¡Ayúdanos a ahorrar energía!
  • Los muebles del Hostel no deben ser movidos sin el previo permiso de la dirección del establecimiento.  Cualquier daño a la propiedad deberá ser reportado inmediatamente al responsable del establecimiento.
